RSEI Application Navigation Tips
Map Control Elements:
- Score/Hazard/Pounds Radio Buttons—located at the top of the map frame,
these radio buttons control which RSEI element is mapped, graphed and reported.
- Year Slider—the slider tool, located between the radio buttons and the map window,
allows the user to select the reporting year.
- Legend Show/Hide—clicking the arrow on the upper right of the Legend bar,
allows the user to show or hide the legend.
- Zoom Slider—the slider tool, located in the upper right corner of the map window,
allows the user to change zoom level of the map.
- Pan—the user can pan the map by clicking and holding the left mouse button,
and then moving the cursor in any direction in the map window.
- Road/Imagery Base Map Toggle—clicking on “Road” or “Imagery”, located on the upper left edge of the map window,
allows the user to select the desired base map background.
- Click to Change Active Reporting Facility—the currently active Facility is marked with a light blue cross.
A single left-button click on another facility will make that the active Facility,
and cause the corresponding graph and report to change.
Graph and Report Elements:
- Mouseover Graph Bars—running the mouse over any bar will popup to actual value for that bar.
- Report Sorting—double clicking on a report heading will cause the report to be sorted by that column.
Other Tools:
- Link to EF TRI Facility Report—clicking on the Facility ID above the map window
will link to the Envirofacts TRI Facility Report for the Facility.
