The railroads layer is produced by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and distributed as part of the National Transportation Atlas (NTAD). Note that, due to source differences and the inclusion of historical rail lines and rights of way, there may be differences in location and coverage between this layer and the railroads depicted in the Virtual Earth basemap layer. |
