Description: These areas were identified as eligible for this grant competition based on the needs of the watershed, the size of the populations, and local knowledge of the conditions. Initially HUC 12s were identified and then modified based on local area knowledge. A fuller description of the geo-processing steps will be made available within a private Urban Waters Group on the EPA GeoPlatform and available to any who inquire.
